Standard counselling sessions are 50mins in duration, but these can be extended where appropriate. Appointments usually occur weekly, but can be more or less frequent depending on individual requirements. Appointments are not limited to a set number. Clients can continue counselling for as long as it is helpful to them.

Helen accepts referrals from other professionals and self-referrals. 

​

A cancellation will attract no fee if 24hrs notice is given. Otherwise, the session will be charged at the agreed rate.
